For many years, Wayne Lee has invested his life and ministry in church pastors, lay leaders, and denominational leaders for the purpose of resourcing and renewing the local church. He often refers to his labor and ministry with pastors and leaders as “bathing the feet of the Lord’s church.”

Dr. Lee has pastored for twenty-eight years, leading churches with attendance of over 1,000 since the early ’80’s. In 1990 he moved from the pastorate to the college campus with a vision to build leaders for local churches of the now and the next generation.

For eight years, he served Southeastern University as Vice President for Ministries Development. While at Southeastern he served as Dean of the Graduate School of Christian Ministries and Religion. He holds a B.A. from Southeastern University and a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Dr. Wayne Lee is the founder and lead consultant for Church Life Resources. He and his wife, Sherry, partner with denominations and numerous Assemblies of God Districts for local church transformation and revitalization. Multiple cohorts comprising over 2,000 pastors and representing over 2,000 churches have resulted. In September 2007, Church Life launched educational cohorts in alliance with the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and Central Bible College. In 2011 they also partnered with Valley Forge Christian College to offer a Master of Arts in Leadership.

Wayne and Sherry have pioneered a model and a process that brings unusual spiritual insight, clarity, in depth-assessment, health, and advancement to the local Spirit-filled church.
