Wayne Lee has dedicated his life to supporting church leaders, describing his work as “bathing the feet of the Lord’s church.”
Dr. Lee pastored for twenty-eight years, leading large congregations. In 1990, he transitioned to academia to build future church leaders, serving as Vice President for Ministries Development and Dean at Southeastern University. He holds degrees from Southeastern University and Asbury Theological Seminary.
He founded Church Life Resources to transform local churches, impacting over 2,000 pastors and churches. Wayne and his wife, Sherry, developed a model to bring spiritual insight, clarity, assessment, and health to Spirit-filled churches.
Sherry Lee, co-founder and lead consultant of Church Life Resources, uses her doctoral research to guide Pentecostal church revitalization, emphasizing assessment, strategic planning, and spiritual renewal.
She has served as assistant professor of practical theology and director of spiritual formation at Southeastern University. Her extensive experience includes roles in women’s ministry, pastoral staff, education, and as a pastor’s wife.
Sherry holds degrees in English/Education, Counseling, and a Doctor of Ministry from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. She has led church ministries and spoken at numerous leadership events.
