1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Annual subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
2. Pro-Rated Refunds
For annual plans cancelled after the 30-day window, pro-rated refunds may be available for the unused portion of your subscription term, at our discretion. Monthly subscriptions are billed for the current period and are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@churchliferesources.org with your account email and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within a reasonable time, and approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Certain one-time purchases, downloadable resources, and promotional offers may be non-refundable. Any such exceptions will be noted at the time of purchase.
