These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Church Life Resources, LLC ('Church Life Resources', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any Church Life Resources service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Church Life Resources provides digital tools, applications, training, assessments, and resources designed to help pastors, churches, and ministry leaders strengthen church health. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, models, assessments, trademarks, and materials provided through our services are owned by or licensed to Church Life Resources, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Church Life Resources, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
